Ms. Cinthia is the founder of Blooming Children. She has taught different age groups, directed private preschools for more than 6 years, and is actively working with parents and her community. Her goal is to open her own private preschool in 2025. Blooming Preschool will connect with parents and help children bloom into their unique selves.
